With the freedom of self-catering combined with the services and facilities of a hotel, Village & Life's De Waterkant Village is a unique hospitality concept. A centralized reception acts as a service centre which allows guests all the comforts of a hotel in your own home.

Guest services include daily housekeeping, concierge desk and tourist information. Properties have been immaculately prepared according to detailed guest specifications.

Reception & Concierge
Guests are greeted and attended to by friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff. Our staff assist with check in's, escorting guests to their accommodation and concierge service offering tours & adventures.

Security
De Waterkant Village is patrolled by security staff on a 24-hour basis.

Housekeeping
There is a refresh service offered daily to guests, which involves a general cleaning of the room, apartment or house. Linen is replaced once a week and linen and toweling are supplied in the apartments and houses. Housekeeping can be arrange on Public Holidays at an additional charge.

Personal Laundry
Laundry and dry cleaning services are offered to all guests.

Bicycle rentals
Savour the sights and sounds of the fairest Cape by bicycle, making your way alongside the Atlantic Ocean, meandering past the mighty Table Mountain and experiencing the culture and heritage of Cape Town from the back of a bike! A selection of exclusive, tailor-made, fully guided tours and a comprehensive rental service are available through Bike & Saddle.
